What is the Fair?
Sponsored by Berkeley Study Abroad, the Study Abroad Fair is UC Berkeley's showcase for study, work, intern, and volunteer abroad opportunities. The annual Study Abroad Fair attracts over 1,500 UC Berkeley students and 80 exhibitors, making it one of the largest events of its kind on the West Coast.

If you need to ship materials in advance for the Study Abroad Fair, send your boxes to:

Boxes must arrive between September 10-18. On each box, print Berkeley Study Abroad Fair so it will be identified easily by Chelsea Groen. Also, print your organization name clearly on each box, along with Box X of Y (1 of 5, for example) to tell us how many you are sending in total.
There is no charge, but please minimize the number of boxes you send. Keep in mind that leftover materials will be recycled as we have very limited space in our office.You are responsible for sending your boxes in a trackable manner so that you know that all of your boxes arrived.
$195 Early-Bird Registration deadline (if postmarked by April 25)
$295 Standard Registration deadline (if postmarked by May 23)
$395 Late Registration deadline (if postmarked by June 27)
If room is still available, after June 27 we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis; approved registrations will be charged $495.
IMPORTANT: In order to receive the appropriate rate, you must submit the following items in one envelope postmarked by the deadline date listed above: your registration confirmation print-out, Workers Compensation evidence (if your organization has offices in the USA,) and payment.
The Study Abroad Fair can accommodate 80 exhibitors. We will make table assignments on a first-come first-served basis in order of receipt of registration envelope containing confirmation print-out, payment, and Workers Compensation insurance evidence, if applicable.
